I’m not here to tell you what you need to eat, but why?

Everywhere you look, nutrition books, podcasts, and online gurus claim they have the secret code to your health's success. Whether low carb, keto, carnivore, or even 100% vegan. The issue is, you see, in the absolutes. The magic pill. The quick fix. The new biohack.

Luckily, science and science aren’t too into all-or-nothing approaches.

You see, the current scientific literature for optimal health encourages a dietary pattern that is 85% plant-based.

Despite the clear science, we’re more perplexed than ever about what to eat. Regardless of the extent of change you want to make, if you want to work towards adopting more of a plant-based whole-food ethos, that is what I’m here for!
