What’s included in your 1:1 consultation

Your 60-minute Telehealth consultation is designed to take a deep, personalised look at your health. Together, we’ll explore your health history, current concerns, and long-term wellness goals.

Using a holistic, evidence-based approach, we’ll assess how different body systems may be interacting while discussing your nutrition, lifestyle, and any symptoms you’re experiencing.

Your Personalised Treatment Plan

After your session, you’ll receive a tailored treatment plan delivered as a downloadable PDF, created specifically for you. This plan is practical, realistic, and designed to support sustainable change.

It includes:

  • Clear, actionable dietary and lifestyle recommendations

  • Practical nutrition swaps that fit your preferences and routine

  • Targeted resources, tools, and recipe suggestions aligned with your goals

Do I need to be vegan or plant-based to work with you?

Not at all. While I specialise in plant-based nutrition, I work with individuals across all dietary styles, including plant-curious, pescetarian, vegetarian, flexitarian, and mixed diets.

My approach is inclusive, flexible, and non-judgemental. I meet you where you are and support you in building a way of eating that feels good, fits your lifestyle, and supports your health long term.

Your initial consultation is $166 AUD.

This includes the 60-minute 1:1 session via Telehealth and your fully personalised treatment plan with evidence-based insights, resources, and practical next steps.

No, at this time, all 1-1 consultations and follow-up consultations will be conducted online via Telehealth.

At Radiquel, we don’t believe in obsessing over numbers. Fixating on calories and macros can reduce the beauty of nutrition to mere data points — and, in many cases, can negatively affect your relationship with food. Food is so much more than fuel; it’s an opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and soul with whole, vibrant, soul-satisfying meals.

That said, we also understand that knowledge is power. For some, understanding energy intake and interpreting nutrition panels can be incredibly helpful and educational.

So if you'd like to explore calorie awareness or would feel more supported with nutritional information included — that’s absolutely available to you. Our approach is always personalised, flexible, and grounded in what works best for you.

You don’t need to be 100% plant-based to benefit from plant-forward nutrition. In fact, I work with individuals across all dietary styles — whether you're flexitarian, pescetarian, vegetarian, vegan, or just plant-curious.
