Strawberry mango overnight oats

Start your morning with a burst of fruity goodness! Prepare it the night before or morning, and wake up to a delightful combination of juicy tropical mangoes, sweet raspberries and creamy oats.

Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar or container. 

  2. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. 

Notes 

  • Oats - If you are clinically required to be strictly gluten-free, please swap the oats for either quinoa flakes, amaranth or for gluten free weetabix. 

  • Vitasoy soy milk - If not using this brand, please ensure the milk is calcium-fortified and contains 120 mg of calcium per 100ml. Moreover, suppose you are allergic or prefer different plant-based alternatives. In that case, you can always use another type of milk, given it is calcium-fortified.
