Spaghetti Aglio E Olio

Enjoy in the simplicity of this vegan Spaghetti Aglio Olio e - a classic Italian dish where al dente pasta is tossed in fragrant garlic-infused olive oil and a hint of red pepper flakes. It's a timeless, flavorful masterpiece that celebrates the beauty of minimal ingredients and maximum taste.


1. Cook the pasta in salted water, as per the instructions on the box. 

2. In a medium sized pan on low heat, heat the olive oil and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes (careful to not burn it here)  

3. Once the garlic starts to brown, add the dry white wine and vegetable stock to the pan.

4. Once the pasta is cooked, stir through the sauce. 

5. When ready to serve, top with fresh parsley and fresh sliced red chili.
