Pear Crumble

This delightful pear crumble recipe combines the natural sweetness of ripe pears with a crunchy, buttery crumble topping. It's a comforting dessert that is perfect for any occasion.

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

2. To the bottom of a lined parchment baking tin, add the sliced pears, cinnamon and maple syrup. Set aside.

3. To a separate large mixing bowl, combine the crumble mixture ingredients including the rolled oats, protein powder, brown sugar and dairy free butter. Use your hands to combine well and to form a light consistency.

4. Then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of the apple mixture, pressing down lightly.

5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until lightly golden.

6. Once out of the oven, leave the crumble to cool for at least 20 minutes.

7. Best enjoyed fresh with dairy free yogurt and fruit.
