Peanut butter rice crispy cups

Made with only 3 ingredients, this dessert inspired peanut butter rice crispy cups contains 9g of protein per serve and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare! Simply combine in a bowl, set in the fridge and enjoy!


  1. Mix together the peanut butter and dairy free dark chocolate

  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine with the soy protein puffs. 

  3. To a muffin tray, equally distribute the mixture by 6. 

  4. Place in the freezer for 40 minutes and enjoy!


  • Peanut butter - If you are allergic or have an aversion to peanut butter, feel free to swap this for another seed or nut butter of your choice. 
  • ​Dairy-free dark chocolate - Note: Preferably 70% and over; however just ensure it is milk solid free.    
  • Maple syrup - You can use honey if you are not vegan
  • Soy protein crisps/puffs - This is used as it's higher in protein, however, you can use low sugar alternative to rice crispies, or simply crush rice/corn cakes if you prefer.
