PB Jam Granola

With granola these days costing an upward of $15, you need to try my homemade peanut butter jam granola. Using simple, household ingredients, that not to mention are far more nutrient dense, cheaper and delicious, this simple and easy recipe is sure to be a favorite. Enjoy, with smoothies, yogurt bowls or even on its own as a snack.


1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a tray with baking paper. 
2. To a large bowl, add the dry ingredients. 
3. In a separate small bowl, combine the wet ingredients. 
4. Next, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, ensuring they are equally coated. 
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 
6. Let the granola rest for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the tray and breaking it up. This will help it cluster. 
7. Break the granola up with your hands and enjoy it on its own as a snack, with smoothies, yoghurt, etc.
