Melted Snowman Cookies

Get into the Christmas spirit with these adorable Melted Snowman Cookies that are sure to bring a smile to everyone's face. These delightful treats are not only delicious but also fun to make.

  1. Preheat your oven to 205°C (400°F) and line a tray with baking paper. 

  2. Empty baking mix into a large bowl.

  3. Add 80-90 ml of your preferred plant milk and mix together using your hands until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Using your hands, divide and roll the cookie dough into 10 equal sized balls (wash your hands with water if dough starts to stick).

  5. Lightly oil a non-stick tray then press cookie dough balls down with your hand to form 10 equal sized

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove to cool. Cookies may be soft to touch once out of the oven, they will then go firmer once cooled.

  7. Mix the icing sugar with the water and drop into the center of each cookie. 

  8. Then add the marshmallow at the top of the icing sugar center and decorate as you please!
