High protein oaty fruit cups

Tired of your oats game? I’ve got you! These high protein oaty fruit cups use our favorite nutrient dense ingredients, but this time in a new and unique way.


1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a tray with baking paper. 
2. Combine the base cup ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. 
3. To a lined muffin tray, press the base cup mixture firmly to form small cups.
4. Bake the base cups for 20-25 minutes. 
5. Once baked, allow to cool before following onto step 6. 
6. Meanwhile, combine the filling ingredients and fill the base cups with the yogurt filling.
7. Serve with freshly sliced seasonal fruit.
