Green Goddess CousCous Salad

Get ready to excite your taste buds with the fresh and vibrant flavors of a Green Goddess Couscous Salad. This delightful dish combines the goodness of crisp green vegetables, fragrant herbs, and zesty dressing, creating a refreshing and satisfying salad experience.


1. Cook the couscous as per the instructions on the box.

2. Dice the zucchini, cut the broccoli into small florets and chop the fresh herbs. 

3. To a medium sized pan on medium to high heat, heat the olive oil and minced garlic and saute the zucchini and broccoli. Add salt to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until aromatic and golden. 

4. To a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Set aside. 

5. Combine the cous-cous, sauteed green vegetables, chopped coriander and parsley in a large bowl. 

6. Pour the sauce dressing on top of the salad. Mix well to combine.
