Christmas Summer Pasta Salad

 This Christmas Summer Pasta Salad is a refreshing and colorful dish, making it the best addition to your Chirtsmas lunch.


1. Cook the pasta in salted water, as per the instructions on the box. 

2. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the sun dried capsicums.

3. Once the pasta is cooked, stir through the store bought pesto, cherry tomatoes, rocket and sun dried capsicums. 

4. When ready to serve, top with fresh parsley and chili flakes
