Chocolate coconut granola

Enjoy the irresistible crunch of my Chocolate Coconut Granola! This delightful blend of rich cocoa, toasted oats, walnuts, almonds and shredded coconut promises to elevate your mornings with a perfect balance of sweetness and decadent chocolate flavor. It's a delightful way to start your day or enjoy as a satisfying snack with soy yogurt!


  1. Preheat your oven to 205°C (400°F) and line a tray with baking paper. 

  2. To a large bowl, combine the walnuts, almonds and oats and mix to combine well. 

  3. Then pour thes sweetener into the dry ingredients bowl. Ensure the oats and nuts are equally coated.

  4. Then add to the lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until toasted and golden. 

  5. While The granola is cooking, add the coconut shreds and dark chocolate of choice. 

  6. Enjoy fresh or with soy milk or yogurt.
