Cheesy cashew sauce

A delicious and vegan alternative to cheese sauce, this creamy cashew sauce is perfect for dipping, drizzling, or topping your favorite dishes. Made with only 4 simple ingredients, it's easy to whip up and adds a satisfying creaminess to any meal. I love adding this sauce to pasta bakes, as a dressing on salads, or even enjoyed with crackers as a snack!

1. To a high-speed blender, add the raw cashews and boiled hot water. Allow the cashews to soak for 5 minutes to soften.
2. Then add the soy milk, nutritiona yeast and garlic salt to taste. Blitz on high until a smooth and creamy texture forms.
3. Enjoy and add the sauce to pasta bakes, as a dip with crackers, as a dressing on salad etc!
