Berry superfood smoothie bowl

Not only tasty and delicious, this berry superfood smoothie bowl is packed with fibre, antioxidants and protein, giving you not only a delicious post workout breakfast, but also the added benefit of all the nutrients!

Method:
  1. To a high speed blender, combine the thawed frozen bananas and frozen raspberries. 

  2. Blitz on high speed, until a thick and creamy consistency forms. 

  3. Then add the protein powder and antioxidant berry blend. The texture should be thick, however if you need, add a dash of plant-based milk to help the blender mix. 

  4. Serve in a bowl and top with fresh berries and granola.


Note:

  • Vitasoy soy milk - Please ensure this is calcium-fortified and contains between 300-400 mg of calcium per serving. However, suppose you are allergic or prefer other plant-based milk. In that case, you can always use another alternative, given it is calcium-fortified.
