Berry crumble

This ones for my non choccy lovers for Valentines. Enjoy the irresistible charm of warm, freshly baked berry crumble. A medley of juicy berries nestled beneath a golden, buttery oat topping, this dessert is a delightful balance of sweet and tart flavors. Perfectly paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!


  1.  Preheat your oven to 205°C (400°F) and line a tray with baking paper. 

  2. Combine the oat mixture ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

  3. To a lined baking tray, layer the frozen raspberries evenly. Top with the raspberries evenly with the oat mixture. 

  4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. 

  5. Enjoy with soy yoghurt and fruit.
