Banana PB overnight oats

This is your sign to stop throwing away your empty jars of Biscoff or peanut butter and make PB banana protein overnight oats - it seriously takes your overnight oat game to the next level!

Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in an empty jar of either peanut butter or biscoff - This is optional, however it gives an additional kick of flavor!

  2. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. 


Note:

  • Peanut butter - If you are allergic or have an aversion to peanut butter, feel free to swap this for another seed or nut butter of your choice. 

  • Vitasoy soy milk -  If not using this brand, please ensure the milk is calcium-fortified and contains 120 mg of calcium per 100ml. Moreover, suppose you are allergic or prefer different plant-based alternatives. In that case, you can always use another type of milk, given it is calcium-fortified.

  • Macro Mike protein powder (for this recipe, I used the limited edition mystery national peanut day peanut protein; however, any flavor of choice will do well too. This is optional as a higher protein option. You can get 10% off all Macro Mike products with the code 'amb-raquel'.
  • Oats - If you are clinically required to be strictly gluten-free, please swap the oats for either quinoa flakes, amaranth or for gluten-free weetabix. ​
