Apple biscoff granola

This apple biscoff granola is a crunchy and flavorful option that is perfect for fall. Made with wholesome ingredients like oats, walnuts, hemp seeds, and fresh apple, and flavored with the delicious combination of Biscoff cookie spread and warm spices, this granola is delicious and nutritious. Serve it with your favorite plant-based milk or yogurt, or topped on top of smoothies for a satisfying breakfast or snack that will keep you fueled for hours.

Method:
  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (302°F) and line a tray with baking paper. 

  2. To a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients. 

  3. To a separate mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients besides the apple. 

  4. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are equally coated in the wet ingredients. 

  5. Then add the diced apple and mix to combine well. 

  6. Add to a lined baking tray and bake for 35 minutes. 

  7. Once the granola is ready, take it out and let it cool completely before breaking off into clusters. 

  8. Enjoy with yogurt, with smoothies or even on its own as a snack!

Note:

  • Biscoff spread - If you are clinically required to be gluten-free, swap this for 1 Tbsp of peanut butter.
